Liquid Pectic Enzyme
Used to break down pectin in fruits to prevent haziness in wine or fruit beers. Also helpful in breaking down cell wall to extract more sugars easily in fruit wines. 1/2 fl oz. 1/4″ tsp per 5 gallons.
Pro Tip: If you can easily make jelly or jam with the fruit then pectic enzyme will be a helpful additive.
