Under normal conditions, orders placed by Noon Central time will be shipped the same day. If order comes in over the weekend or on Monday (or on a particularly heavy order day) allow one extra day for it to ship due to the volume of orders that come in over the weekend.

If your order contains items from Blichmann or VeeGee, allow up to two weeks or more as these items ship directly from the factory and we have little control over their schedule (you can always contact us for more info on these orders and how quickly they are going out)

We ship by FedEx Ground Home delivery (unless it is going to a business) for several reasons. They have given us the best rates, which we pass along to our customers. They have proven to take the best care of packages. And most importantly, they deliver on Saturday at no extra charge (the drawback to that is that they do not deliver on Monday, but that doesn't affect most homebrewers).

FedEx has recently increased it's shipping speed and as you can see from the Ground Shipping map below, we are two days or less from over half of the country (being centrally located has its perks)

If you have a specific date or brewing schedule that we need to know about, please include that in your order comments. We try to accommodate to your schedule as much as possible, but the closer you wait until "the last minute" the less our odds are of accommodation. So please plan accordingly. As one of my great teachers taught me, "Failure to plan on your part does not constitute an emergency on mine."
