Made of food grade plastic. It has no problem handling boiling temperatures. The handle end has a little paddle
that will fit down the neck of a carboy. Highly recommended for plastic fermenters as it will not scratch plastic
(with normal use......I guess you could force scratch your fermenter, but why would you do that?)
