At first, the yeast just sits there, but man. when i checked on it later, it was foaming at the mouth like a rabbid dog!!!
I figured id use an airlock without water to prevent dust, and it blew that off still.
this is my second time and my recommendation is:
Add 7KG sugar.
6kg for 14% is VERY fast, but it can do more.
8kg for 20% takes too long, and starts to produce higher fusels.
7KG produces 17% and didnt add to the fusels
and took 3.5 days "right in the middle, is nice"
i would say 7KG is the sweet spot, you wont be sorry!

Fast yeast for a high proof 48 hours and done no waiting around a must have take my word. DEFINITELY dont airlock it either

WOW the warning says "NO AIRLOCK" and it is a serous warning. I have never seen a yeast work this hard or fast. I will followup after completion, and sampling of the product.
