The stuff starts out painfully slow, I almost thought the stuff had died because I put it in the wort when the wort was a little on the warmer side but after about two days it started bubbling away. Makes a killer beer five stars no doubt. Try making it with citra hops and dark malt, it almost tastes like Guinness.
