Best Malz Aromatic Based on the Classic Aromatic malt once produced by DeWolf-Cosyns, Best Aromatic is a color malt that undergoes special steeping and germination procedures and is kiln dried. The result is much like a darker Munich malt which will provide a high degree of malt aromatics with a color in the 15-20°L range.
