This is a soft white wheat variety, it has a milder wheat flavor than it's red counterpart.
Great base malt for any wheat style beer. Sweet, malty and.....wheat-y.
Also can be used up to 5% to aid in head retention in any style beer.
Use up to 70%. (over 20-30% will require the addition of rice hulls
to ease lautering and prevent a stuck mash)
