Perfect for brewers want to install a thermometer in their brew pot, but don't want to hire a welder. Drill a 1/2" hole and you're ready to install! Stem only protrudes about 2" into the pot - deep enough for an accurate reading, shallow enough to stay out of the way of your stirring paddle.

Unit comes factory calibrated, but it has a handy calibration screw on the back should you ever need to adjust it.
