CBW® Pilsen Light Dry. Produced from Pilsen Malt (1.0 ºLovibond),

CBW® Pilsen Light Dry is an exceptionally light colored extract which is essential for
making styles such as Kolsch, Pilsner and Wit from extract.
With a delicately malty, sweet flavor, CBW® Pilsen Light Dry is unhopped to give you
complete control over the brewing process.

It is 80% fermentable and will add 42 points per gallon (1lb extract to 1 gallon, i.e. 5lbs in a 5 gallon batch would yeild 1.042 Starting gravity)
Excellent very light-colored pure malt extract. Use alone for light-colored beers, or with specialty malts to brew beers of all styles.
