Certified Organic Caramel 60L malt from Canada Malting. Caramel Malts are also known as Crystal Malts (usually in European influenced brewing)
Basically they are "mashed" for you, therefore they don't have to be converted. They are
available in a wide range of colors and flavors (the higher the lovibond, the darker the
color and the more intense the flavor).
Caramel 60 is sweet with pronounced caramel flavor.
It is deep golden to red in color and it also helps with head retention.
