Description: Hop Union's Custom hop blend, a combination of other hops that closely approximate Centennial Hops. The whole hops of various varieties are mixed together and then pelletized. They call it "Centennial Type" we call it Centurion cause it sounds better and to avoid confusion in the hop room. Strong Citrus and Pine aroma , with excellent bittering qualities.
Typical Beer Styles: All American Ales, American IPA
Possible Substitutions Cascade, possibly Columbus or Chinook
