A little goes a long way. Our cheese wax will help prevent unwanted mold growth while retaining moisture in your aging cheeses. It is very pliable and may be re-used.
Easy to use, simply cut off a chunk and melt in a double boiler. apply to your dry cheese in a couple of thin layers with a clean natural bristle brush
(natural bristles are needed to stand up to the high temperature of the melted wax).
Once your cheese has ages, the wax is easily peeled off and can be melted and used again and again.
