I used these as a single hop for bittering and as a dry hop for my Cherry Ale and the aroma and flavors are outstanding! Very complimentary to my Cherry Hoppin' Ale!

Used in my IPA with 2oz of Cascade throught and 1 oz of millenium, finished with 1oz of citra.
Awesome hop! going to try and use it as the primary next time

Used in single-hop APA for first time and turned out great. All sorts of citrus fruit in aroma and flavor. Very complex and I'm sure would pair well with other Northwestern hops.

I'm a big fan of American style IPAs. Used these hops in my last batch evenly spread throughout the boil, along with some Chinook, Amarillo and finished with heaps of Cascade as a dry hop. This brew was easily my best, and got rave reviews from both me and all my drinking mates.
Now I just have to figure out if I can repeat it!

I use this in one of our IPA's. You need to know about bittering and your boil and understand what you are going to get from this hop.

I used four ounces of these in my standard house IPA recipe and *wow*. These things are great. The way that they smell is pretty darn close to how they will taste in your brew, very smooth bittering with a major hop floral/citrus flavor. Tom's description of them is right on.
