This former Private Colletion Strain is now available YEAR ROUND!!
Many of you have asked when this is coming back, and to that I say....Here Ya Go!!
Beer Styles: (Deep Breath.....) American Amber Ale, American Barleywine, American Brown Ale, American IPA, American Pale Ale, American Stout, Braggot, Brown Porter, Christmas/Winter Specialty Spiced Beer, Cream Ale, Dry Stout, Fruit Beer, Imperial IPA, Irish Red Ale, Other Smoked Beer, Russian Imperial Stout, Spice, Herb or Vegetable Beer, Strong Scotch Ale, Wood-Aged Beer (Whew...).
Profile: This terrific all-round yeast can be used for almost any style beer and is a mainstay of Mr. Denny Conn (of homebrewing fame). It is unique in that it produces a big mouthfeel and helps accentuate the malt, caramel, or fruit character of a beer without being sweet or under-attenuating.
Don't forget an Ice Pack for shipping. Make sure your yeast arrive home safely.

I've used this yeast in several styles and have loved it every time. My only problems have been due to the older dates on the packs I've gotten. Takes more time to build the starter. Get it, try it, you will love it too!

I use this yeast for my house Pale. One slap-packet gets my 1.055 OG wort rolling in a few hours, and the immensely intense fermentation gives a clean profile for my nearly SMaSH brew. A great yeast!

I brewed Denny's Rye IPA with this and it came out awesome! Had made it a few times before using other yeasts but it wasn't nearly as good. I'm going to try making a smoked porter with it next weekend.

What Would Denny Do?

2 of the most famous homebrews recipes out there are Denny's Bourbon Vanilla Imperial Porter and Rye IPA. Sure you could brew them and use another yeast, but do it right the first time and use this yeast. Its perfect in any style, but these 2 you will knock out of the ball park. Glad to see this strain is back!

My all time favorite brewing yeast.
