With the Rebel Temp Control 1000 you will be able to dial in any fermentation temperature you desire.

It has a cooling outlet for your refrigeration of choice and a heating outlet for your brew heater of choice (use common sense safety precautions).

You can set the Desired Temperature, Temp "Swing" Value, Compressor Delay time and Temp Calibration value.

The temp probe is fully submersible and can be put into any liquid (like a bottle of water) for more accurate readings or can be just left hanging to read the air temperature.

Warning: do not use on devices that draw more than 10 amps.

The red digital readout is very easy to read especially if you understand celcius, I know we all learned it in school, but how many of us remember it. Well, you might want to relearn it, cause this bad boy doesn't read Farenheit. However there is a sweet off the hook Celcius to Farenheit conversion chart that comes with it, along with instructions and velcro strips for easy mounting, you even get an awesome Rebel Brewer Keg Fridge sticker (as seen in picture) that is also easy to mount.
