Product Description

Easy extract kit makes an authentic German Wheat Beer.
Comes with the WB-06 dry yeast, the only dry yeast made
specifically for German style wheat beers.
Pale straw color, classically cloudy, some clove and banana esters
and a tight creamy head. One of the perfect Summer brews.

    This beer sucked when it had been in the bottle for less that 16 weeks. After 16 to 20 weeks, it was one of the best Hefes I have ever drank.

    I made this as my second beer and after living in germany for 5 years this was just like at the pubs where I lived. The whitelabs gave it a nice bananna taste that everyone seemed to love.

    This was the first beer I ever made, and boy was it sweet! Absolutely GREAT taste, wonderful aroma, and it was easy. Looking forward to trying out an all grain version of this next year.

    I brewed this a while back and let the keg carbonate while I was on vacation. I came back to chill and then enjoy many tall tasty glasses. Several friends have been very complimentary on this batch.

    MMMmmm, I think I'll go pull a draft now!
