  1. A well designed beer.

Posted by Mark on 13th Apr 2011

First things first, I have to acknowledge that taste is a matter of, well, taste. This wasn't particularly the style of beer I would normally reach for, and I probably won't *personally* be getting it again (you never know), HOWEVER, it is an excellent version of it's style and my friends and family that are partial to this particular style (light in flavor with a subtle hoppy aftertaste) thoroughly enjoyed it. I give it extremely high marks for being easy to make and EXTREMELY forgiving. You would not believe how many problems I had with my equipment...but despite that this beer cooked, fermented, carbonated and turned out simply textbook. If you like the Fat Tire style, then I highly recommend this kit. As always, gotta give praise to Rebel for being great with their assistance.

  2. Beertastic

This was my first kit ever and it turned out great! The more time it aged(3 weeks+) the better the carbonation turned out. I will brew this again for sure. RebelBrewer were awesome and walked me through a couple steps over the phone.

  3. Good Beer

I made this kit about 7 weeks ago. I purchased the kegging equipment and kegged it.(good deal) After letting it sit for a few weeks it turned out great! I will be doing this kit again. Because of my first time kegging,I had many questions and Tyler and Tom were of great help!

  4. G R E A T

I brewed this a while back and it was very good. In fact I just brewed up a second batch yesterday (the first batch is long gone) but went with the Wyeast 3787 this time.
