Hole in the lid fits a #7 rubber stopper or the Optional Tri-Clamp Blow-Off Kit

Requires a minimum refrigerator space of  15" x 15" x 27"H
for lagering (but that is a tight fit, you should add an inch to each side and a couple on top for manuverability)
