    I liked brewing with this grain. It seemed extra sweet when I tried a little, and I got really good extract from the 10 lbs. I used in a pilsener style lager.

    Great base malt. You can use this for up to 100% of th grist (with maybe a little something for head retention).Very traditional flavor but still highly modified. Definately smelled delicious during decoction. I have now been lagering the beer I made with this malt for over a month and it taste delicious right from the fermentor. Can't wait to get it bottled this weekend!
