This is the Darkest of the Caramel Munich Malts and is very similar to Special B.
Franco Belges Caramel Munich Malts are highly modified, caramelized and slightly roasted
and are especially well suited to beers requiring additional caramel malt flavor and color.
Available in a wide range of color and richness of flavor (40, 60, 80 and 120)

    I don't get the dark fruit I'd expect from a crystal 120L using this. It's more likes sweet coffee in a finished beer. I use it in most of my dark beers. It adds a amount of body and maltyness.
