    I have been making wine and decided to try beer. The fine folks at Rebel suggested this kit and I made my first batch. After bottling, waited two weeks and have to say this beer is delicious. I am normally a lite beer kind of guy but this is just an excellent beer and am ordering another kit. Thanks rebel for the good suggestion.

    I have been brewing for 9 months and have done Amber to dark beers. I brewed this Kolsch and fermented it around 58 deg for 3 weeks. I then kegged it and let it sit for a week. I decided to give it a sample and.....D**n!! This might be the best beer I have done! Super smooth and clean tasting. Can't imagine what leaving this alone for a couple of more weeks will do. You must try this beer!
