This Food Grade Thermoplastic Tubing can handle up to 275°F. Hot mash run-off? No Problem. Hot boiling Wort?!?!? No Problem.
It's thick walls can handle the vacuum of your wort pump, yet it is flexible enough to put it where you want it, and NO KINKING.

A. Vollmar is crazy (no personal offence intended). (S)he states (s)he replaced all their tubing with braid-reinforced silicone. I looked at this option (braided silicone) and it is conservatively 6-8X the price. I even looked at remnants on eBay.
If cost was NO option, I would go with braided silicone tubing but given my experience with the frugality of home brewers, opaque thermoplastic (this item) is the best overall option. The only downside is opacity prevents you from seeing the liquid level.

This stretches out and doesn't return to form. I spent the extra money for braided silicone tubing and am much happier now.

I tried several different types of vinyl tubing (including some from my LHBS) and none of them held up to 160+ degree liquid without breaking down and closing off. I bought this stuff and those problems are a thing of the past. This stuff doesn't even get hot with 180 degree water coursing through it.
