Easily add Cascade Aromas and Flavors in your beer with our Hop Aroma Tabs.
(Noble Hop Blend also available)
They can be added to the boil kettle, fermenter or even your kegs.
Use 1-2 tablets per 5 gallons of finished beer for initial evaluation. Achieve anything from subtle tweaking
up to Hop Monster Madness, with repeatable results.
They will add no Bitterness units, it's all flavor and aroma.
Application: Brew Kettle
Use our Aroma Tabs in the BREW KETTLE as a kettle hop ingredient to
economically replace or reinforce the aroma fraction of the traditional kettle hop bill.
The product is designed to provide hop character to beer. The efficient delivery of hop oils
provides a consistent, natural hop character to the beer with little waste.
Aroma Tabs used in the brew kettle will lead to improved trub formation. The hop
oils also enhance anti-foam properties in wort.
Use Aroma Tabs early in kettle boil to control excessive foaming and contribute to
the kettle break. Alternatively, they can be added in the whirlpool to provide a more
pronounced hop character to the beer. Depending on temperature, the complete dissolution
of the tablets will take place over a period of five to seven minutes at typical kettle/whirlpool
temperatures.
Aroma Tabs are packaged in vacuum-sealed foils for easy handling and may be
weighed or dispensed by volume into the kettle/whirlpool.
Application: Dry Hopping
Use our Aroma Tabs for DRY HOPPING as a replacement or compliment to traditional
whole hop or pellets. The slow release of small oil-encased bubbles from the bottom of the
fermenter or corny keg promotes excellent transfer of hop oil components to the cold wort/beer.
And NO vegitative flavors that can be an issue with whole hop or even pellet dry hopping.
Once dissolved out Aroma Tabs are even light safe, so no worries of "skunking"
Add Aroma Tabs directly into the fermenter or keg. Our Aroma Tabs are packaged in light and oxygen
barrier bags for protection and easy handling and may be weighed or dispensed by volume into your fermenter.
The tablets will begin disintegrating almost immediately. Depending on
temperature, the complete dissolution of the tablets will take place over a period of five to
seven days at normal cellar temperatures.
Usage Rate:
You want to use roughly 20% by weight of the Aroma Tabs to approximate similar usage for whole hops.
1 to 2 tabs for a 5 gallon batch would be a typical application rate.
Storage: Aroma Tabs should be kept in the foil pack and refrigerated (just like regular hops). Once opened,
roll down the top of the pack and secure with tape and return to the refrigerator.
