Product Description

This is an easy brewin' and easy drinkin' beer for those hot days when you finish working in the yard and it's 96° in the shade, or when you have friends over to watch sports, or if a friend asks you to brew beer for their wedding reception but doesn't want one of those fancy beers, just something everyone will drink.

Now, this kit does come with an ALE yeast, but if you want the full Pilsner Lager experience (and can ferment around 50°F), you can request a dry lager yeast in your order notes.

I brewed this on a whim just to see how it would come out. I was disappointed in it at 8 weeks. I let it sit around in bottles and a party pig for about 2 more months until I noticed it in the basement and decided I had to drink it to free up my bottles and the pig. MAN WAS I SURPRISED at the first bottle I opened. I got out the pig for a party and it was gone in only about an hour. (10 people at party) I brew a lot of "Fancy beers" and so do most of my friends. Everyone agrees this is the best beer I have made to date. This is easy to brew and great to drink. You are going to have to be be patient and let it bottle condition for 3 to 4 months and you will love it. It was not very good until it had aged that long.
