This kit was the first I ordered when I started brewing. The instructions were easy to follow and the beer turned out well. I used a 6 gallon betterbottle to ferment and then went to bottle.
Cheers

This was my third batch to brew and first to keg. After 2 weeks in primary and 1 week in secondary, I kegged and after 2.5 days of force carbing it was still flat but 5 days later I can’t stop hitting the keg when I walk by. I will brew this again.

This is a smooth red beer and not overly malty. My batch was well-carbonated after two weeks in the bottle. Looks great in a glass (nice head) and tastes smooth as silk going down with no surprises. I highly recommend this one.

This one is just a solid all-around bier. Everyone at the club (HBAMM) enjoyed it. We selected this recipe because it was malty enough for a bit of flavor and has enough Chinook hop character for interest. Plus the Windsor ale yeast adds a nice understated fruity backdrop to the yeast character. All around solid drinker enjoyed by everyone in the club. Thanks Rebelbrewer!

I don't give it a 5 just because I would reserve that for the top 10 beers list. This is a very nice beer that we like.
