Especially useful when brewing German Style Wheat Beers and as an aid to head retention in normal beer styles.
Avg Color: Less than 5 SRM (depending on your malt to water ratio)

  1. Great price....but one big bag

    I was pleased to see such great prices on DME and grabbed 8 lbs. for a recipe. Figured I would get 2-3 lb bags and a 2 lb bag, but instead got one big bag. No biggie....just not used to that. Heck, it all goes in a recipe, so who cares? Shipping from TN to AL seemed a bit high, so I suppose we need to give these guys some more business to get the shipping down to what other big mail order places charge. Rock on Rebel Brewer!
