This is THE hop to use when making a Steam (style) or California Common. Although the German N. Brewers work very well for this style, The domestic US N. Brewer is the more authentic flavor profile for this historic style.

Description: Medium to strong hop aroma, respectible bittering qualities
A hop with a very mild, clean, neutral flavor, which can be used in all types of beer
with no harshness of palate and imparts a good quality of bitterness.
The high level of oil makes this a very distinctive dry hop for full-bodied ales.
Typical Beer Styles: California Common, Porter, American Ales, Kolsch, Helles.
