I do small batches but added Pacificas and Cascades at a ratio of 1:4 for a 25 min boil and then steamed the same hops at a ratio of 4:1 after primary fermentation (I love steaming, adds more bitternet, aroma and flavor than just plain dry-hopping). The aroma and flavor is fantastic, a slight marmalade or tropical fruit flavor mellowing any grapefruit taste from the cascades. A perfect match producing a great beer.
