I used this in place of my Munich malt in both my Pilsner and my American IPA and it was outstanding. I entered my IPA into Kentucky's Beer contest to be held on May 8th 2010 we'll see how I do. I used Saaz Hops and Nottingham Dry yeast and dry hopped with Cascade. I also used a yeast nutrient. Of course all my ingredients came from Rebel Brewer.
