Great base malt for any wheat style beer.
Smaller, harder kernels and a slightly richer color than regular wheat malt.
Preferred by some brewers for it's rounder, fuller flavor.
Also can be used up to 5% to aid in head retention in any style beer.
Use up to 50%. (over 20-30% will require the addition of rice hulls
to ease lautering and prevent a stuck mash)
