Comes with 1/2" pipe thread (male or female) to attach to the wort out post on your plate chiller and 1/2" barb outlet to connect to your tubing (can easily be converted for quick disconnects or other tubing sizes)

Although we designed this for our Chillhog 2000 and Chillhog 4000, it also works great on the Blichmann Therminator and The Shirron brand Plate Chillers (with optional 1/2" coupler).

Plate chiller not inclued. Comes fully assembled.

    I bought this to use with my Chillhog 4000. It works great. I did a test run with just hot water, and had to tighten up a few things to get it to be leak free. When I bought this, I spoke with the guys at Rebel Brewer and they gave me some great advice. I found that when I use this, in order to get maximum cooling you want to open the valve just a little bit. If you go all out the wort is still too hot.
    Overall, I consider this to be an essential piece of equipment when using a plate chiller. I'd go so far as to say don't use a plate chiller without this thermocoupler.
