Loading... Please wait...A specialty yeast selected for its estery, somewhat peppery and spicy flavor. Forms a solid sediment after fermentation so is excellent for cask-conditioning or bottle conditioning. It's medium attenuation leaves some residual sweetness.

I've made two high gravity Belgian ales using this yeast, both based on all grain formulation. I am blown away (as is everybody who's partaken of these brews) by the preformance of this yeast in creating an ale with true authentic Belgian taste,a high alcohol content, with plenty of body and just the right amount of residual sweetness. Give it a try!
