Super Moss is a Super Charged Irish Moss (kettle fining). It attracts itself to haze forming compounds and settles them out in the boil kettle and primary fermenter.
It only takes 1/4 tsp (so this container will do over 90 five-gallon batches!!!). Add 1/4 tsp to 4oz of cooled wort and stir into your boil during the last 10 minutes and watch it work.
