An immersion chiller doesn't get it done during the warmer months. This will save you an incredible amount of time. I'm sorry I didn't buy one of these sooner. During the colder months be careful, because you can chill your wort too cold. During the warmer months put your immersion chiller in an ice bath prior to going into the running the water into the plate chiller.
