Used to make Italian Cheeses such as Aged (Hard) Mozzerella, Parmesan, Romano, Provolone, Swiss etc.
Each pack will set up to 2 gallons of milk. These are convenient time saving direct set cultures that are added right to the milk,
no need to make a starter. We keep them in the freezer in the warehouse. It is OK to ship these at room temperature, but should be stored in the freezer after they arrive.
If stored frozen they will last up to two years.
