Basically this is an orafice that has been jetted for Natural Gas to replace the one in your Stand Mount Burner.

The burners work really well with Natural Gas. There is a small drop in BTU by switching over but there is still more than enough power for all your brewing needs.

Operates on standard residential gas pressure (6” H2O).
It comes with a Needle Valve and a new orafice that is jetted for Natural Gas, you will not need the propane regulator because you will pipe directly into your NG. But hold on to the regulator, you will now be able to use your burner on either fuel supply just by switching out the orafice.
