I've only used it with 22oz beer bottles because that is what I bottle with, been using this for 5 batches. That said it does a great job with them. I usually push for four pumps, dip the neck with foam, and then put it on a rack to drain. Excellent coverage and easier to do for my helpers than filling bottles.
That said the spring isn't extremely smooth and the small filter is easy to lose. fitting the pump section into the base is a bit of a pain and has a subtle tactile feel.
But seriously this saves me so much time - awesome product, crazy easy, I will buy it again after I move and gift my stuff to a friend.
That said I'm using starsan with 22oz bottles and have a tree to drain on. Also I have no leaking issues, the pump seals are crap but if you have a bottle on it it really doesn't matter since it all ends up in the same spot it came from - just spray into its own sides. I haven't had a mess from this unless I overfill it, and even then a towel took care of that when the foam from starsan leaked over.

I bought one of these from another supplier and I have to say, it does rinse the bottles, your counter, your floor and anywhere else water can reach.
As you press the bottle down water is forced up and into the bottle. The seals around the pump are horrible so it sprays water out from around the seals. To rinse every part of a bottle takes some work but not much, just a few extra pumps and a turn of the bottle.
Overall, not the one pump wonder its made to be. The friction from the plastic requires a little extra effort to pump and is awkward. Oh yea and it makes a mess.
