Deeper darker version of Weyermann's classic German Light Wheat Malt.
Produces superb wheat beers and Hefe-Weizen, but can also be used for Kölsch, Alt, Witbier
and would be a natural choice for a Dunkel-Weizen. Can be used up to 50%
