Designed by the head maltster at Weyerman (along with the Floor Malted Bohemian Pale Wheat Malt) for use in a collaboration brew that they did with Brooklyn Brewery called Companion Wheat Wine. Thankfully they have made this amazing malt available to all of us brewers.
