Designed by the head maltster at Weyerman (along with the Floor Malted Bohemian Dark Malt) for use in a collaboration brew that they did with Brooklyn Brewery called Companion Wheat Wine. Thankfully they have made this amazing malt available to all of us brewers.

Can be used for Bohemian Wheat Beers, Weizenbock, Wheat Wine or any wheat beers that you want to have a pronounced wheat malt character.
Intensified Wheat Malt Aroma and Taste. Creamy Mouthfeel. Mild Sweetness.
Use up to 70% (if using over around 40%, we highly recommend mixing in some Rice Hulls)
