Limited Edition Kit!!! Available in All-Grain and Extract Versions (choose options above)

Several of the more popular hop varieties have been in short supply lately. While burrowing through the back of one of the hop freezers, we came upon a secret stash of them. Instead of just selling them outright, we decided to make this limited edition IPA kit to commemorate the shortage.

This kit is a classic American IPA recipe, that comes with not one, not two, not three but FOUR hard to find hops from the 2011 brewing season. It includes one ounce each of Falconer's Flight, Amarillo, Simcoe, Citra and Horizon (two ounces Horizon in the Extract version). There is a suggested hop schedule below with the recipe, but feel free to mix and match on brew-day to make your own custom hop profile. And if you can do a 10 gallon batch, order two kits and you will have two bags of each hop for an even more customized hop schedule. Really with these hops, you can't go wrong any way brew it.
