It’s called Dextrose, Corn Sugar, Priming Sugar etc.
Use it to prime bottle or keg conditioned (carbonated) beer.
Can also be used as a fermentable for a thinner, higher alcohol beverage
but if you use too high of a percentage, it will give off a cidery flavor.
Also available in convenient 5oz. primer packs (perfect to carbonate 5 gallons)
