Paradise Seed

Paradise Seed or Grains of Paradise will add a peppery zest as well as some citrus and pine notes
to any beer. Use one gram per 5 gallons. Lightly crush and add 5 minutes before the end of your boil.
Plays well with licorice root, honey, molasses or orange peel.
Great in Summer Beers, Belgian Specialties and Christmas Beers.

This 2 gram pack is enough for two 5 gallon batches (i.e. the stuff is potent).
