OK, first time user here of the syrup in a recipe. Did some research on the candisyrup.com website, pulled a recipe for Achel Bruin. It’s only been bottle aging for 2-3 months now, but I’ve had comments that this is my best and most complex brew yet. VERY complex flavors after early aging. I already ordered some more syrup for another Belgium recipe. Kudos to Rebel for stocking this product.
