Briess Caramel 10
Caramel Malts are also known as Crystal Malts (usually in European influenced brewing)
Basically they are “mashed” for you, therefore they don’t have to be converted. They are
available in a wide range of colors and flavors (the higher the lovibond, the darker the
color and the more intense the flavor).
Caramel 10 can be described as having a Candylike Sweetness, and mild caramel flavor.
It’s golden in color and it also helps with head retention.
