If you cant get enough hops, this is the ingredient kit for you. Easy to brew and all around great beer!!!

Got the kit, didn’t have super thorough instructions. However, once in the primary, this thing started to reek! (that’s a good thing in my book!) After dry hopping in the secondary fermentor for only 2 days, I couldn’t wait anymore and kegged it, and served it for new years. Everyone loved it! Even with rushing it, it still held a super hoppy and dank nose, and tasted crisp and clean. It also didn’t have quite the malty bite of other IPA’s. The only thing I’m going to change next batch is I am going to let it sit at least a week in the secondary. Can’t wait for the next batch!

Chose this kit for my first brewing attempt and I couldn’t be happier. After a 15 day fermentation (dry hopped at 6 days) and about 18 days in the bottle, this turned out great. Wonderful citrus aroma and not too overwhelming on the hop flavor or bitterness. Even my friends who have disliked other IPA’s I typically have around the house enjoyed this brew.

This was my first-ever brew and I couldn’t have been happier with it. Very hoppy without being over the top and has a GREAT nose. One of the best-smelling beers I’ve ever had. Extremely easy-to-follow instructions too.T’ll be brewing this one again in the near future.

This is an amazing beer! I have brewed it twice, one just got in the fermentor last night. This beer is just everything I want out of an IPA. Tlavor is just straight kick you in the teeth hop. However, with the use of citra hops, it really gives off a very fruity flavor and aroma. This really turned those who dont like IPAs, into hop heads. I will buy this time and time again! The instructions are a bit lacking, especially with the extra pound of sugar that is not mentioned anywhere. Luckily, the guys at the shop are willing to answer my new brewer questions, and got me squared away.

I’ve made the True Brew IPA several times and love it. It (the True Brew) is a milder IPA with toasted oak chips that add a mild smokiness. It’s a great beer that many love, but an IPA man would scoff at its lack of punch…This kit brings on the hops, but in a balanced dynamic way. It reminds me of a Weyerbacher Double Simcoe IPA, which in my opinion is the best IPA ever made…If you know any beer snobs – serve them this one, and they will be won over with ease. Great recipe guys, many thanks.I will be ordering this one again, and again!

This beaver wasn’t my best, but definitely not the worst!

Just a fantastic kit! Received it as a birthday gift and its easily one of the best IPAs I’ve ever tasted. Buy it, brew it, drink it, love it! You won’t be disappointed.
