Returns & Replacements
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We’ll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). We cannot accept returns on ingredient items (consumables). If you are sent an incorrect ingredient due to our error, we will do our best to get the correct item out to you in a timely manner and at our cost. Make sure and check the contents of your order upon arrival and please notify us immediately of any discrepancies.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). Orders submitted over the weekend or on Monday (or on a particularly heavy order day) allow one extra day for it to ship due to the volume of orders that come in over the weekend. We ship via UPS and USPS. The UPS Ground Shipping map shows the estimated delivery based on Business Days so weekends do not count as shipping days for orders.
If your order contains items from Blichmann or Anvil or VeeGee or Grainfather or Still Spirits or Barley Crusher, allow up to two weeks or more as these items ship directly from the factory and we have little control over their schedule (you can always contact us for more info on these orders and how quickly they are going out). We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Paypal or American Express. No CODs. Company purchase orders must be paid in advance.
Payment by personal check or money order may delay shipment if your order is not placed by telephone. Orders will not be shipped until payment is received. Personal checks, once received, may be held to verify funds before the order is shipped. In order to determine shipping charges, customers paying by check or money order should call us and place the order by telephone. If payment is not sufficient to cover shipping costs, the order may not be sent.
